So, to make keeping a structure easier, I have pulled together a list of my favorite habits and tools that are proven to keep you happy.

Every morning (and evening if you are so inclined), spend a few minutes writing down three to five things you are grateful for in your life. Looking for what's working in your life can help you focus on what is already working, rather than focusing on everything we still want in our lives. Breathe in everything you are thankful for before moving on with your day!
